- Our Research Operations team is a motley crew of people with backgrounds in research, participant recruitment, library sciences, education, finances, and technology. We deliver the operations needed to help a fast-growing research team and hundreds of Atlassians do customer research skilfully.
- We're looking for an Accessibility Research Operations Coordinator, reporting to the Research Services Manager to develop operations to support Atlassians in understanding the needs of customers who live with a disability. If you're a program coordinator with experience delivering operations for accessibility research, we'd love to work with you.
**What you'll do**:
- Deliver the tooling and processes needed to support research with people living with disability.
- Build and populate a research panel with Atlassian customers who live with disability.
- Deliver training and guidance to support accessibility research in partnership with our Research Ops Education Lead.
- Partner with the Accessibility and Privacy teams to deliver compliant and respectful accessibility research operations.
- Develop relationships with accessibility agencies, organizations, and communities.
**Your background**:
- Several years of experience in a research operations or a program coordination role with experience creating accessibility programs.
- You have had success with working with partners in Legal or Privacy.
- Familiar with data privacy laws around handling special category data.
- Familiar with panel or customer relationship management tools.
- You embrace diversity and are receptive to new ideas and people with different lived experiences.
