About The Role
- Lead and coordinate haematology clinical trials, managing patient care, study resources, and data collection in line with protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Support patient recruitment, assess eligibility, provide trial education, and ensure participants have a positive and informed research experience.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, investigators, and external partners to ensure smooth trial conduct and high-quality research outcomes.
- Participate in clinical trial establishment, quality improvement activities, monitoring visits, and ethics/governance submissions to build professional expertise.
- Collect and process clinical samples, maintain accurate data records, and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, Australian regulations, and privacy laws.
About You
- Tertiary qualification in a health discipline such as nursing, allied health, medicine, or pharmacy, with current professional registration where applicable.
- Proven experience in clinical research or clinical trials, including applying Good Clinical Practice, research protocols, and data management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams and multiple care settings.
- Proficiency in using electronic patient records, databases, and research management systems for accurate data collection and reporting.
- Strong time and project management skills, with experience prioritising workloads and coordinating multiple research activities in a complex clinical environment.
