About the Role

This newly created role will build and manage the Bapcor corporate brand in a way that reinforces the company's Purpose, Vision, and Values. Key will be maintaining and enhancing the company's brand value and ensuring that all stakeholders perceive the brand positively.

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
Developing and implementing a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives

Creating and enforcing brand guidelines, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to develop branded content and activities

Monitoring and analysing the brand's performance both internally and externally, and making strategic recommendations for improvement

Managing cross-functional teams to execute brand initiatives and projects

Developing and managing the brand's budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively

Owning brand planning and annual marketing planning process

Taking the organisation on the full brand journey

About you

Ideally you will be tertiary qualified in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field. You will have at least 5 year’s experience in corporate brand management, multi-functional team management and the development and ownership of brand guidelines. You have strong strategic and analytical skills with a creative and problem-solving approach.

You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with ease, you have strong leadership and engagement skills and are able to collaborate across all levels within an organisation. You work well in a matrix environment and are customer focussed. Knowledge of brand best practice, market trends and customer behaviour is your day to day
