- A valid NSW Working with Childrens Check or be willing to obtain one

**Days/Hours**
- 21:00 - 09:00 (Active night shifts) - Teusday, Thursday, and Sunday

Seeking caring and committed people to support a 13-year-old boy with Vactrel Syndrome (Ventilated 24/7) to remain living independently at home by helping him achieve daily activities such as:
- Preparing meals
- Cleaning the house
- Showering, toileting, grooming and dressing
- Going on outings (in the community)
- Taking medications
- Participating in physical therapy

You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.
