Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.

We are currently recruiting **Experienced Home Care Support Workers** for **Milperra, East Hills, Panania, Revesby, Padstow, Riverwood, Peakhurst, Narwee, Beverly Hills, Roselands, Lakemba, Wiley Park** and surrounding areas

**What’s On Offer**
- **Permanent Part time** contracts available depending on your location and availability to work
- Earn hourly rate between** $30.60 to $31.38 + 11.5% super**:

**Your New Role**:

- **Help at Home**: such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation & assisted dressing
- **Transport**: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings
- **Personal Care**: Experienced staff assist customers with Personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, help at mealtime & medication prompting
- **Client Awareness**: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
- **Safety Practices**: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe

**Key Requirements**:

- Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
- Minimum 6 months experience in a similar industry and/or a Certification in Care
- Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday
- All Australian Unity Employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID19 with a minimum of 2 doses

- Proficiency in an additional language such as Mandarin/ Vietnamese/ Spanish/ Arabic/ Lebanese/ Greek is valued but not mandatory
