**About the Position**

**Responsibilities**
- Day-to-day support of community managers and Cooks when on leave
- This is a hands-on role working closely with residents and staff
- Frequent travelling between 9 VIC-based communities will be required
- Responsible for the quality production of all meals and food services to the village as well as ensuring that the kitchen, service and dining room facilities are cleaned and sanitised.
- Providing a high level of customer service to all residents, guests and community members
- Coordinate the efficient and effective management of materials, consumables, grounds, building and financial resources within the community
- Adherence to food compliance standards
- Maintain a close and strong working relationship with residents
- Ensuring grounds and maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard

**You bring**:

- Experience in aged care, tourism, real estate, or permanent resident facility management
- Hands on manager who can assist with service delivery across the different departments
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience supervising a variety of trades and works completions
- A demonstrated self-starter, enthusiastic to drive results, and capable of working to operational requirement
- Having cooking qualifications will be considered desirable
