**Your new role**
**What you’ll need**
- Tertiary qualification in human resources management or related discipline
- At least 2 years’ experience as a human resources practitioner
- Proven ability to deal with confidential matters
- High levels of self-motivation and a proactive approach
- Ownership of and accountability for one’s work
