About you
You’ll bring a level of confidence, a positive “can do” attitude and the ability to provide a high level of technical support and service to customers. Experience in a similar role or within a related industry will be highly regarded.
What we are looking for is someone who:

- Gets a buzz out of helping customers fix problems.
- A clear communicator with a good phone manner
- Works well in a busy and supportive team environment
- Previous Customer Service/Technical experience or technical aptitude is ideal.

About the role

Assessing Technical issues over the phone (once trained)
- Inbound Sales and quotations for Equipment & Spare Parts
- Technical support for the Roband sales team, our distributor network and end-users
- Parts Interpretation (once trained)
- Coordination of warranty service requests via our database of authorised service providers

**Benefits**:
On offer is a competitive salary plus monthly bonus scheme; training; free on-site parking as well as “Friday drinks and nibbles”.

**Salary**: $57,500.00 per year
