**The big picture**:
In this busy role you will be processing payroll, responding to payroll related queries and assisting with other payroll and finance tasks as required. You will also be supporting the business with ordering, travel management, procurement of equipment and other administrative and organizational tasks and would be encouraged to participate actively in process and system improvement. You would be based in our Fremantle head office and work with a friendly and supportive team. After an initial training period of approximately three months, you may be eligible to work from home up to two days per week.
**Specific responsibilities**:
- End to end payroll processing, weekly and monthly
- Processing of payroll deductions, allowances and employee expenses
- End of month & End of year payroll processes and reconciliations;
- Prompt professional responses to payroll queries from team members
- Record keeping and payroll tax calculations
- Processing of Superannuation
- Ensuring all Annual Leave / Personal Leave / Long Service Leave is correctly and timely accounted for and reported the business units
- Assisting with other payroll and accounts related tasks
- Proactively contribute to system and process improvements and implementations
- Management of TOIL as required
- Managing Egencia travel accounts and set ups
- Sourcing and ordering of PPE, equipment and stationary
**Essential Requirements**:
- Cert IV in Payroll Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in payroll
- Experience in administration and/or procurement
- Knowledge of current legislative relating to taxation and Superannuation
- Strong computer and Excel skills
- The right to live and work in Australia

- Experience using MYOB payroll / Employment Hero / Workflow Max advantageous

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $74,999.00 per year
