**About the role**
As an Admin Coordinator, you will be supporting our growing team of gas fitters and apprentices as they progress through accreditation, internal training and movement across teams and division.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Manage the communication and record keeping of apprentices internal training requirements, including pathways and movements through various teams and departments
- Liaison with recruitment team, technical supervisors, training department, RTOs (Registered Training Organisation) and regulatory bodies to ensure gasfitters are meeting qualification requirements in timely manner with mínimal impact to job scheduling
- Management of other ad-hoc training accreditations, including maintaining internal database
- General administrative and shared office functions as needed
