Wiggles and Giggles is a family owned and operated service. We are committed to providing a high quality of care and early education to the children within our service. Our well resourced centre in Dural is looking for passionate and dedicated educators to join our amazing team.

Current Roles

  • Room leader role
  • Diploma Educators or Certificate 3 educators working towards Diploma
  • Full time position available

Key responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Create a stimulating environment to foster & support children's development
  • Develop, plan and implement a quality program that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Assisting children with their daily routines & support them in their learning
  • Monitor and document children's progress & individual children's portfolios
  • Mentor and guide less experienced staff within the centre
  • Develop open communication channels with staff, children and families of the centre.
  • Contribute to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.
  • Comply with the centres policies and procedures along with licensing, legislation & regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate 3 Qualifications recognised by ACECQA (or a willingness to obtain a qualification)
  • Current NSW Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • First aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
  • Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
