Do you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment? Geelong Ninjas is seeking a dedicated and proactive **Casual Reception / Front Desk Specialist** to be the heart of our gym.

This is a crucial role for someone who is not just an administrator but a knowledgeable point of contact who takes ownership of their work and contributes to a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

**About the Role**

As our Front Desk Specialist, you'll be the first face our members and visitors see.

You will manage daily operations at the front desk, ensuring a smooth and organised environment. From greeting guests with a friendly smile to handling payments and answering detailed inquiries about our programs, your role is key to our success.

You'll be a trusted resource, providing support and information, and ensuring that every interaction is positive and professional.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet all visitors and members with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanour.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, processing payments, and handling member inquiries.
- Provide comprehensive information about our programs, pricing, and services.
- Take ownership of administrative tasks, such as managing party and event bookings, updating our member management system, and assisting with stock and inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area, contributing to the overall housekeeping standards of the gym.
- Assist with creating and updating signage and promotional materials using Canva.
- Administer basic First Aid and complete incident reports as needed.

- Proficiency in basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software.

- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- A Basic First Aid certification is required.
