Join an Ophthalmology clinic in Blacktown as a Medical Receptionist

**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role with RDO once a fortnight.

As a Medical Receptionist your day-to-day tasks will include appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and utilizing medical terminology. You will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service to our patients and ensuring the smooth operation of the medical office.

**Qualifications and requirements**
- Experience in appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, and receptionist duties
- Proficiency in medical terminology and familiarity with medical office processes
- Medical Software experience is a must
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a must (1 year minimum).
- Ability to multitask, remain calm and efficient even when working in busy and pressured environment.
