**About the role**:
As the Product Manager - Personalisation, you will be resposible for driving the personalisation vision and strategy for personalisation and also for shaping, driving, and delivering personalised experiences to customers in the moments that matter across our channels.

**You will**:

- Define the squad backlog partnering with relevant teams to ensure the backlog aligns with the business and personalisation strategy and OKRs (objectives, key results)
- Define and track the objectives and key success measures for the team
- Take a testing mindset to personalisation experiences to test and learn optimal executions
- Manage and prioritise backlog to deliver on OKRs
- Be responsible for end-to-end execution of their initiatives, from discovery to delivery
- Work with Omni-tech team to continually review and assess systems and process across the omni-tech capability to ensure delivery of personalisation initiatives across channels
- Liaise and collaborate with key stakeholders and leadership to champion the personalisation agenda and strategy

**You'll need**:

- Extensive xperience as a Product Manager or similar
- Proven experience in implementing personalisation strategies across the omni-tech stack e.g. CDP, Adobe Target, data and analytics platforms
- Extensive xperience supporting digital channels in large, complex organisations; experience working in a digital-first organisation with a strong customer-centric focus is preferred
- Deep understanding of the retail landscape, working in and leading in a rapidly evolving omni-channel customer centric environment
- Exceptional passion for delivering valuable, feasible and usable experiences customers love
- Experience in communicating and rationalising product design decisions
- Experience in measurement frameworks and value attribution
- Continuous learning and curiosity and ability to proactively respond to a changing environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills and story telling ability
- Demonstrated experience utilising customer research, insights and data to drive action
