**About the role**:
As a Product Manager, you will define a backlog and prioritise effort for your squad, you will partner with the crew lead to ensure the backlog aligns with the business and product strategies and also frame product backlog in context of bigger picture and larger product roadmap and strategy. You will focus on tech-driven optimisation and efficiency through our customer fulfilment process.

**About you and your skills**:
You will have demonstrated knowledge of the product lifecycle, experience building and shipping consumer product experiences and also contributing to the product chapter.

Your skills
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager or similar, ideally 4-6 years’ experience
- Experience in tech-driven optimisation within an operational process
- Skilled in translating business process and customer insights into product concepts and solutions.
- A consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business
- Experience developing & mentoring Product Managers and contributing to the Product Chapter
- Experience supporting digital and operational channels in large, complex organisations; experience working in a digital-first organisation with a strong customer-centric focus
- Experience supporting operational process in large complex organisations; working with a view of the end users experience and how it impacts the customer
- Experienced in communicating and rationalising product design decisions
- Experience working in fast paced environments and comfortable with change
- Understanding of the broader digital ecosystem including software development lifecycle, development methodologies (including agile), user experience design, usability and accessibility, online content strategy, etc
