**Responsibilities**
- Build strong rapport and trust with the individuals you support and their primary caregivers.
- Provision of personal care and light domestic duties.
- Complete job tasks in accordance with participant plans in a timely manner.
- Write and maintain accurate written records and documentation.

**About You**
- Certificate III or IV in Disability or similar industry qualifications.
- Experience supporting clients with high mental health and challenging behaviours.
- Confident in building rapport with client and key stakeholders.
- A strong work ethic, a positive outlook and the ability to remain calm and professional while under pressure.
- Own reliable transport.
- National Police Check, Yellow Card and Blue Card.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work
