**About the Company**:
Boutique Consultancy has partnered with a global FMCG company to recruit a dynamic Personal Assistant to join their team.

**About the Role**:
The Personal Assistant will effectively respond and pass on messages or highlight them for the VP's attention.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain calendar, coordinate travel and meeting appointments with comprehensive itineraries
- Support office with daily, weekly and monthly business reporting needs.
- Answer phone and greet guests, handle issues independently as appropriate.
- Process incoming correspondence and monitor to ensure timely action is taken. Process outgoing correspondence and compose responses as appropriate.
- Schedule staff meetings; schedule one and one meetings with direct reports; as well as with department, regions, and external contacts; initiate follow up to confirm meeting schedule.
- Assist with meeting preparation, report and presentation documents.
- Provide administrative support for the team.
- Maintain record and filing systems.
- Coordinate varied projects as assigned.
- Assist VP in achieving objectives and deadlines on a daily basis.
- Manage Board of Director Meeting & EXCOM Meeting.
- Assist with relocation of VP’s family and arising matters.
- Manage the information and workflow to and from VP’s office, including contracts, agreements, POs and CERs.
- Process all relevant invoices through COUPA system.
- Facilitate the daily office operations and support the Senior Executives from overseas.
- Support VP’s role on initiatives and help coordinate all related global activities.
- Participate to assist in business related activities.
- Coordinating and supporting team engagement initiatives for VPs reports.

**About You**
- University degree preferred or equivalent work experience (Minuimum 5-years administrative experience in a fast-paced environment reporting to senior level executive)
- High Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and calendar software; database experience helpful.
- Excellent verbal, and written communication skills; able to compose and edit correspondence.
- Self-starter, able to work independently and interactively with the VP and staff.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
- Professional, personable, and diplomatic in all communications and interactions.
