Small Business Banker

**About the Role**
BOQ Group are growing our business banking division As part of this growth, we have created some brand-new Small Business Banker positions in the Business Solutions team based in Brisbane. The Small Business Banker role supports both the Retail Banking channel, as well as Business Development Managers (BDM) to achieve overall objectives of asset growth, new customer acquisition, client satisfaction, portfolio hygiene and portfolio compliance.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for those experienced bankers who are passionate about business lending and providing superior customer service, whilst building and maintaining fantastic long-term customer relationships. The Small Business Banker role is also the ideal opportunity for those who are looking to take the next step in their banking career
**About you**

You pride yourself on providing superior customer service and excel at establishing strong relationships with customers, which is crucial in retaining business and fostering long-term client loyalty.

**Knowledge & Skills required**:

- Advanced Microsoft Windows program knowledge.
- Knowledge of the credit code and privacy act
- Strong time management skills
- High level numeracy skills.
