**About the Role**:
As a Café Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Responsibilities include:

- Training team members in store processes and procedures.
- Maintaining a clean workspace in accordance with Food by WHSmith hygiene Standards.
- Reporting and communicating necessary information and feedback to the Store Manager regarding any and all aspects of store operations.
- Assist in the preparation of both food and beverages/coffees.

This is a full time position located in Modbury Hospital. Your hours are 10:30am - 6:30pm Monday-Thursday & 8:30am-5:30pm on Sunday (there is some flexibility in which days you are rostered).

**About You**:

- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Bubbly and enthusiastic personality
- Barista experience & skills
- Ability to lead and run a shift
- Understanding of till reconciliation and cash handling
- Exceptional time management skills and reliability
- Flexible availability on weekends & evenings

You will be a natural leader with excellent soft skills, and be able to inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.
