Signature Catering is a Catering Group based inside the Saints Rugby League Club in North Saint Marys. We operate the Signature's All You Can Eat Buffet, Waterstone Grill Casual Dining and the Saints Sports Bar Kitchen.

We also take care of the Major Functions the Club hosts including Season Launch, Melbourne Cup, Senior Presentations etc.

We are looking for a bubbly, energetic, friendly, customer focused individual with experience in the Hospitality Industry to assist the Venue manager in raising the level of service and maintain the high standard and quality of food and customer service.

The position includes but not limited to:

- Outstanding customer service through greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring needs are met.
- Work with team to ensure smooth service flow.
- Ensure precise and timely delivery of meals to their tables.
- Previous experience in hospitality as supervisor or manager preferred.
- Passion for the food industry.
- Punctuality is essential.
- FSS Certificate.
- Can work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full Time
Part-time hours: 40hrs per week

**Salary**: $60,000 per Anum

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Public Holiday's
- Rotating Roster
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Restaurant: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (required)
