**About the Role**
Milcom Institute is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager and client service operations. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional service, ensuring student success, and maintaining the institute's strong reputation.
The Client Services Manager will oversee daily service operations, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to the strategic development of student services. This position is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic educational environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Lead and manage the client services team to provide top-tier support.
- Enhance student and client experience through strategic initiatives.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Oversee student admissions, enrolments, and support services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, clients, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and improve service performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with RTO standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to support student success.
- Conduct training and development programs for the client services team.
- Manage the client services budget effectively.
- Implement feedback systems to drive service improvements.
- Lead initiatives to enhance student engagement and retention.
- Represent Milcom Institute at industry events and conferences.
**Minimum Requirements**
- AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
- Certifications in customer service or management (preferred).
- Proven experience in client services or student services management role, ideally within the education sector.
**Key Skills & Attributes**
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of VET and RTO standards and regulations (highly desirable).
- Proficiency in student management systems and relevant software.
