We help professionals, business owners, and families build, protect, and grow their wealth - and we're looking for a skilled Client Services Manager to help make that happen seamlessly.
The Role
As Client Services Manager, you'll be the glue that keeps our advice implementation engine running smoothly, ensuring every financial plan is implemented accurately, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards.
You'll work closely with Advisers, support staff, and other CSMs to support client and team requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementation -
oversee the full implementation process for complex financial advice strategies. - Client Experience Management
- maintain exceptional service levels by ensuring clients are informed, supported, and confident throughout their advice journey.
- Workflow & Efficiency
- ensure tasks are prioritised, tracked, and completed within agreed timeframes and identify opportunities to improve turnaround timeframes.
- Compliance & Quality Control
- uphold internal process standards and ensure all documentation and advice implementation meet licensee and regulatory requirements.
- Process Improvement
- review, document, and refine operational systems to enhance consistency, accuracy, and scalability across the business.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Support and mentor the client services team to deliver a high standard of financial planning support.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in client services, implementation, or operations within a financial planning practice.
- Strong understanding of financial advice processes, compliance, and advice implementation workflows.
- Confident in managing competing priorities, deadlines, and team workloads.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM and workflow systems (e.g. Xplan, Worksorted, or similar).
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes for clients and the advice team.
