AVADA Traffic provides services to government clients and major contractors in the civil infrastructure and maintenance sector.

**Role Purpose**

We are currently seeking an Administration Officer - Plans and Permits to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis to cover a maternity leave period. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating traffic permits within the Plans Department, managing client and customer enquiries, and supporting the department with key administrative tasks.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Accurately upload and track permits received from relevant authorities.
- Maintain accurate data entry using platforms such as Traffio.
- Collaborate with supervisors and regional managers to ensure client expectations are met.
- Support the Plans and Permits department with administrative and operational tasks.
- Ensure all permit and documentation requirements are completed to a high standard and on time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
