**The Role**

KBR is seeking an experienced ILS Officer to support our EWIS - Joint & Air customer in Adelaide.

The ILS Officer is responsible for liaising with ILS Manager within the SMU to ensure new items are captured for identification and cataloguing. Additional responsibilities include:

- Support with the coordination and attainment of business planning transaction (BPT) requirements, associated with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist in drafting Product Development System-Change Proposals (PDS-CPs) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases, for Commonwealth approval.
- Assist with maintenance and management of the project’s Cost Analysis and Planning Tool (CAPT) excel spreadsheet for the sustainment annual report (SAR).
- Assist the Commonwealth with their acquisition and transfer of Defence articles.
- Support the Commonwealth with their Military Integrated Logistics Information System (MILIS) inventory control and Supply Customer Account (SCA) transfers as required (i.e. creation of MILIS transactions tracking of equipment records to ensure correct management IAW the ESCM).
- Support to logistic management of product items.

**Required Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Prior experience within ILS Support roles, ideally within CASG/ASD/ADF or Defence.
- Prior demonstrated experience and expertise using Defence Inventory Management Systems (MILIS etc.)
- Experience in relating sustainment project/program advice to various business areas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent client liaison and stakeholder management skills.
- Support and promotes a team culture and collaborative approach to taskings.

**This role is based at RAAF Edinburgh in Adelaide and requires a current NV2 clearance (at a minimum).**
