Home Instead is looking for a Community Engagement Officer to perform a variety of duties to drive business growth for our Toowoomba office. This role will require someone with a passion of building trust and long-lasting relationships within the community.
The Community Engagement Officer role will maintain and enhance the Home Instead brand through referral channels, marketing, and research.

**About you**:
- Experience in aged care highly desirable
- Experience in sales, networking, or business development
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to building trusting relationships
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Research, identify and build relationships with new Referral Providers according to the established goals and annual networking plan
- Conducting one on one meetings and group presentations, using presentations and print materials to educate and inform referral providers about home care services and Home Instead
- Maintain accurate records of all contact details, notes on every interaction and all networking activities.
- Develop an annual networking plan to drive business development
