**The role**

The IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing professional IT support services to our staff and students across all of our National offices. Based in our Bondi Junction office, this role will be the first line of support for all team members by identifying and resolving any technical issues that may arise in their day to day working environment. This is a full-time role in a fast-growing business.

**In this role you will**
- Sharing knowledge and IT support with teams and colleagues
- Supporting smooth business IT operations and interacting with users in all campus locations
- Communicating with colleagues in a professional and friendly manner and resolving issues within the defined SLA’s
- Ensure IT services are updated within service levels and document all relevant details
- Conducting Tech Talks\Tech Bars - small to large colleague audience on technology topics to encourage adoption by the business (in person and remotely)
- Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure meeting deadlines
- Participate in UAT testing of hardware and software
- Deploy software following agreed processes for licensing and distribution
- Maintain and update IT asset register and knowledgebase
- Other projects and technology rollouts

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Completed or currently undergoing University/TAFE/Tertiary qualifications in ICT
- Certification in Microsoft Technologies such as MCSA/MCSE (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of ITIL role of Colleague Technology Services Analyst
- Thorough technical knowledge of Windows 10/11 and an experience in the deployment of Windows 10
- Scripting knowledge - PowerShell
- Technical knowledge of Apple Mac OS
- Expertise in TCP/IP networking and DNS with DHCP
- Thorough understanding of network printing technology
- Proven skills in Office 365 Administration (Exchange, OneDrive, User, and licence management)
- Experience using ICT infrastructure monitoring and ticketing systems
- Experience in the Education/IT services provider workplace is preferred but not essential
- Excellent problem analysis and solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively, with a strong drive for customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
