KingKira are currently recruiting for an Administration role based in Burswood W.A.
Location is Burswood WA.
HOURS OF WORK: 9am - 5pm (open for negotiation)
WORKDAYS: Full Time, Monday to Friday
Parking provided and laptop
3 people currently in office. Happy environment with a good sense of humour, must be outgoing and confident.
Payrate is negotiable upon experience.
**Position Description**:
**Role/Duties**:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the Operations Manager to identify, establish, improve and maintain administrative processes.
- Perform other general administration duties such as filing, photocopying and monitoring the phone system f
- Preparation of estimates for Board meetings
- Preparation of estimates for surveys
- Travel arrangements & logistics for staff & Directors including booking flights, accommodation, car hire, travel allowances, reimbursements, venue hire, catering and facilitate the payment of invoices.
- Provide Secretariat duties to the Board of Directors (agenda preparation, minute taking, decision sheets, action items as required)
- Doc control
- Preparation of correspondence
- Preparation and management of Board Member payments
- Support Heritage Team with administrative matters
- Other administrative duties as directed by the Operations Manager or Executive Officer
- Be available for periodic travel to the Pilbara region to attend meetings and events, as required.
- Contribute to the calendar to ensure it is up to date with relevant meetings.
- Any other duties as directed by the line manager or executive team.
**Essential**:
- Office administration and travel coordination experience.
- Ability to use administration systems to coordinate meeting logistics.
- Ability to use initiative and communicate effectively with Aboriginal people or people from culturally diverse backgrounds as well as colleagues.
- Ability to work in a busy context with a range of competing demands.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and flexibly, as well as cooperatively as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to organise work, manage time, determine priorities and meet deadlines.
Desirable:
- Experience working with Aboriginal organisations and people.
- Technology skills e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, phone systems, MS Teams
**Licences and Accreditations**:
- Cleared National Police Check
- Drivers’ License (C Class)
