**The Opportunity**:
As an Enrolment Support Officer at Explorers Early Learning, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding families and ensuring a seamless enrolment process.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Managing waitlists
- Achieving occupancy
- Handling booking changes
- Efficiently addressing inquiries through diverse communication channels.
- Key performance indicators (KPIs)

**How you can support us**:

- **Family Onboarding**:Guide families through the enrolment process, from initial inquiries to the completion of necessary paperwork and family billing & invoicing.
- **Waitlist Management**:Maintain and update the waitlist, ensuring accurate records and timely communication with prospective families.
- **Occupancy KPIs**:Work towards achieving and maintaining targeted occupancy levels, implementing strategies to optimize enrolment.
- **Booking Changes**:Manage and accommodate booking change requests, ensuring mínimal disruption for current existing families.
- **Orientation Arrangements**:Coordinate and arrange orientation sessions to familiarize families with our learning environment and policies.
- **Collaboration**:Collaborate with internal teams to streamline enrolment processes and contribute to a positive family experience.
- **Sales Experience (bonus)**:Utilise previous sales experience to create warm and engaging interactions with families, effectively showcasing the benefits of our Early Learning Centres

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with childcare regulations and enrolment procedures.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for early childhood education.
- Ability to meet and exceed occupancy KPIs.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in childcare enrolment or a related field
- Previous knowledge and experience in using CRM software
- Previous sales experience to create warm and engaging interactions with families, effectively showcasing the benefits of our Early Learning Centres.
