**The opportunity**:
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic People & Culture team (P&C) Reporting directly to the General Manager of P&C, the TA Manager is responsible for leading the execution of talent acquisition and recruitment activities across our Melbourne/Sydney offices, as well as our ANZ Retail network. This unique leadership position delivers not only people management but also the opportunity to execute strategy, drive projects and regularly engage with senior leadership teams.

This role would suit a hands-on TA expert who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved

**Key duties and responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

- Responsible for leading, coaching and developing three direct reports (two TA Specialists and one TA coordinator)
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders - partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, clarify role requirements and use this information to inform best practices.
- Recruit talent across multiple disciplines including customer service, sales, design, digital, marketing, IT, finance etc.
- Oversee our high-volume Christmas and “Back to School” recruitment drives.
- Track and report where talent is coming from, time to fill and advertising spend across our network.
- Continuously evolve our employer brand through the ongoing development of an EVP to attract and retain talent.
- Manage the recruitment budget (advertising and agency spend) and invoicing.
- Ensure recruitment processes are in line with company policy and approval requirements and fulfil all legislative requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all Right to Work requirements, including visas, with all our new starters.

**The skills and experience you offer us**:

- Approximately 5+ years of Recruitment experience (agency or internal).
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or equivalent is desirable.
- Knowledge of and/or experience with General Retail Award 2020
- Experience in the retail, hospitality or FMCG industries is essential.
