**The Opportunity**

We have an opportunity for a Executive Support Officer to be part of our Fisheries & Aquaculture Division within the Department of Primary Industries and Regions.

The primary purpose of the role is to plan, coordinate and provide proactive executive, administrative and business support to the Executive Director Fisheries and Aquaculture and Director Operations.

The role contributes delivering the agency’s priorities and divisional objectives through executive support services to the Fisheries and Aquaculture Division. The role supports the delivery of strategic outcomes through provision of advice, information and administrative coordination services. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that information is relevant, accessible, and of high quality. The role provides an essential and highly professional point of contact for interface between the Division as well as government and industry stakeholders. The role continually develops, manages, and improves systems and processes to underpin business efficiency and effectiveness and assist in managing risk to the business.

**Remuneration**

ASO5 - $85,790 min - $95,413 max per annum, plus superannuation
