**The Department**

**The Position Summary**
The Project Officer - Allied Health Workforce supports the Allied Health Workforce Lead to undertake strategic projects within Allied Health to progress service improvement. Using improvement science principles and robust project management methodology, the Project Officer will contribute to the design, implementation, reporting and evaluation of Allied Health projects that drive the operationalisation of the 2024-2030 Allied Health Strategic Plan.

**Skills and Qualifications Required**
- Degree or equivalent in an AH Discipline
- Post-graduate qualifications (or working towards) at Masters level in a clinical area or health services management/administration/ business management
- Experience in project management and proven ability to lead projects
- Experience managing and providing leadership to quality and safety projects
- Registered or eligible for professional membership if a self-regulated AH profession via the relevant professional body
