**The role**

This Government Department is seeking an experienced Project Officer to help co-ordinate the day-to-day operations and project support for various projects.

It is a 6 months contract role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative and project coordination support
- Assist with managing and coordinating the work of consultants and contractors to scope and deliver approved works
- Assist with the coordination and preparation of meeting
- Preparation and updating of various project documents

**Key Skills Required**
- Experience as a Project Officer within the Victoria Government is highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and proactive approach to work
- Experience with financial reporting
- Experience supporting construction projects is highly desirable
