Our Client
Associated with one of Australia's most recognised names in property development, our client is the exclusive onsite Real Estate Agency arm of the business. They are a stellar business with a strong team culture, long-term staff (some 10+ years) and chic modern offices with all the leading technology and support to make this work environment incredibly attractive to any professional.
The Role
It/'s difficult for us to describe just how good this opportunity is Not only are they a stellar business with an incredible reputation, they have over 10,000 contacts on their database and a strong pipeline of new projects due to settle in the foreseeable future, which will be ripe for the picking by an ambitious Sales Executive.
A newly created position this role will see you working across 3 sites. With the business already generating 1 - 2 new listings a month automatically, your day to day will include:
- Prospecting through the database for listings
- Conducting listing presentations
- Coordinating advertising with the Marketing Team
- Prepare for and undertake open for inspections
- Negotiate sales
- Nurture relationships with Buyers and your pipeline
- Maintain a competitive edge by staying updated with market trends & competitor activities
What We're Looking For
If you have been in a Sales Associate role and want to take the next step, or are Agent seeking a role where you can gain traction quickly - this is for you
- Real Estate sales experience (preferably on the Lower North Shore or fringe suburbs of Sydney CBD)
- Current Certificate of Registration / License, car and driver/'s license
- Desire to learn and grow within a thriving office, and self-motivated
- Must be bi-lingual (English & Mandarin / Chinese)
