We’re ready for you Join the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand as a Sales & Service Consultant.

**Your Role**

We have multiple opportunities for **Sales and Service Consultants** to join our NRMA Insurance team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and partners and will be focused on converting enquiries into sales and retention outcomes.

Additionally, you’ll provide quotes and facilitate new business sales, ensuring every interaction delivers an exceptional customer experience. On average, you can expect to handle between 20-30 calls per day, depending on the nature of the enquiries.

We lock in rosters over 4 weeks in advance and your working hours per week are within 5 days across Monday to Saturday (anywhere between 7am to 8pm in the weekdays, **7am to 6pm** on Saturdays) wherein we are specifically looking to fill Monday-Friday and Tuesday-Saturday shifts.

The starting date for these positions will be 11th April 2025 with your IAG journey commencing with a comprehensive, 9-week induction (fully paid). Please note full commitment to the training period is essential.

**About You**
- Previous customer experience, for example, sales, hospitality, retail, and/or others
- Tech-savvy and proven ability to confidently use multiple systems and platforms simultaneously, with the ability to adapt and operate new technology and computer systems
- Well-developed rapport building, active listening, and effective communication skills
- Demonstrate resilience in a high change and complex environment
- Expertise to effectively manage challenging customer conversations and resolve complaints
- Emotionally intelligent and adaptable
- Driven for results and high standards of work quality
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Highly reliable and dependable.
