We (Infinity Workforce Pty Ltd) are seeking experienced process workers for one of our clients who is a leading industrial product, aerosol and contract manufacturer.

As a Process Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with the production of industrial and household products, ensuring that all the operations are completed efficiently and effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Follow standard operating procedures and production schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Conduct quality control checks and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow health and safety protocols

**Requirements**:

- Ability to lift heavy items and work in a physically demanding environment
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
- Strong communication skills

**IMPORTANT **
- **Shift 1: 7:50am to 3:50pm (to start immediately)**:

- Shift 2: 3:50pm to 12:00am
- After 3 months shift 3 will start 12:00am to 8:00am
- If you work **for 3 months** and **don't take a sick day**, you will get **10%** on your wages
- Types: Full-time, Casual.
