We are currently seeking reliable and motivated staff to join our team of dedicated workers within our South Windsor office.

**Daily duties**:

- Providing quotes and product information to customers
- Entering orders to be processed
- Liaise with dispatch team to ensure orders are processed and prepared accurately and efficiently
- Create and maintain daily run sheet for our drivers
- Making freight bookings and ensuring parking
- Processing invoices and credits
- Provide administrative support to our delivery team
- Chep (Pallet) recording
- Managing daily driver forms (weights and daily driver forms)
- Intermediate MS Office skills, particularly in the use of Excel

**Working days**:
Monday 5.30am - 1.30pm

Tuesday to Friday 6am - 2pm

**Our recruitment process**:
Part of Pepe's Ducks recruitment is to undergo a Pre-Employment Medical (including drug and alcohol test). You must have full Australian work rights to be successful for the role.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $75,640.16 per year
