We are currently seeking experienced Support Workers to care for our NDIS client in the Melbourne suburb of Windsor.
- Assistance with personal care
- Daily living tasks
- Meal preparation
- Cooking assistance
- Shopping
- Assisting with occasional errands and outings
- Overnight Care
- Domestic assistance (cleaning duties)
- Keep accurate records and complete progress notes
- Work within the 7 Elements of the NDIS Code of Conduct

- Cert. III in Disability or similar
- Minimum 3 years Industry Experience in HomeCare
- The ability to provide care 1 to 1 ratio
- Experience understanding support plans

Registration Requirements:
- The right to work in Australia
- Current Working with Children Check (WWC)
- Current National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Completed on-line NDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety & You’ and NDIS New Worker Induction Module
- Proof of all mandatory vaccinations including 3 Covid & annual influenza
- Two professional references
- Current First Aid Certificate & CPR training
