Client Service Coordinator needed for dynamic accounting firm
- Work from home 1 day per week, and from stunning offices 4 days per week
- Experience in a similar role previously essential
Our client, situated in the
**South Eastern suburbs**, is on the search for a
**Client Service Coordinator** to join their team on a permanent basis.
An established team, dynamic open-plan working environment, and the flexibility to work from one day from home await the successful applicant.
There will be plenty of on the job training, and a close knit team of 4 ready to pass on their knowledge.
This is a
**Monday to Friday** role, working
**8:30am until 5:00pm** with some earlier finishes on Fridays during daylight savings.
**Responsibilities**
- Support and collaborate with a team of accountants in all things admin
- Be part of a proactive support team of 4
- Client service and administration
- Preparation and distribution of client documentation
- Calendar management
- Raising invoices and chasing debtors
- Tax return lodgement and ATO liaising
- Manage workflow
- Report into one of the practices Partners
- General office support and administration
**Requirements**:
- Experience in a similar role previously
- Accounting firm background
- Excellent organisational skills and a respect for confidentiality
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- MS Office suite confidence
