We are on the search for a customer focused and highly motivated individual to take on the busy role of **Service Coordinator - Machining & Specialised Hydraulics** within our **Dandenong **branch**.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this challenging front line position would suit someone looking to further their career as a leader within our team.

A mechanical trade background would be preferable for this role given you will be required to field technical questions from both customers and service technicians.

**What a day typical day will look like**:

- Booking and scheduling work in progress
- Providing clear, accurate and timely information for new machine build ups
- Quotations following inspection work.
- Managing invoices to ensure pricing and product/machine component details are clear
- Effectively liaising with other departments to deliver effective solutions

**ABOUT YOU**

You will utilise your knowledge gained from your mechanical trade background and pride yourself on outstanding customer service, as well as your organisational skills.

**To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and attributes**:

- Ability to develop and maintain long term internal and external relationships
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
- Operational experience within the heavy mechanical industry
- A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
