**Description**:
As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the day to day direction of the Maintenance Plumbing Division, equipment and specialised technicians. Your responsibilities will include ensuring equipment and personnel are allocated to works as required to meet customers needs, responding to customers enquiries, providing minor quotes. You will be an essential part of the team, delivering a first class service that meets both internal and external requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the allocation of equipment and personnel to meet customer project requirements.
- Respond to customer enquiries, provide information, and generate minor quotes.
- Manage the day-to-day direction of a team of maintenance Plumbers
- Ensure all service requirements are met efficiently and effectively
- Utilise your multi-tasking skills to balance various responsibilities
- Handle after hours requirements on a rotating basis for the plumbing and pipeline divisions

**What You Need**:

- Experience in the civil or plumbing industry
- Solid computer skills and experience with SIMPRO is a significant advantage
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
- Willingness to work occasional overtime
- Availability for on call responsibilities as per the 1 week in 6 roster system
- Customer focused mindset and dedication to delivering exceptional service
