**Your Role**

This is a Specialist, Security Control Assessment role where you will help protect IAG’s digital and information assets by ensuring continued operation of assessment solutions as well as validation of required cyber controls through security certification / assessment. A major sophisticated cyber-attack against IAG could have a catastrophic impact on the business, and this team is one of the main lines of defence against such an attack. This role will see you utilise your passion for cyber security. Opportunities like this don’t come up often.

**ABOUT YOU -**
- You have a tertiary degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- You have 2+ years of experience in Information Security, Risk Management or IT Audit.
- You have in-depth knowledge of all domains and risks within information security and ability to translate to applicability for third parties.
- You’ll ensure that third parties comply with legislative, regulatory and internal security requirements by conducting assessments of systems and/or processes.
- You’ll work with internal accountable business owners to define risk treatment plans and implement remediation solutions in accordance with Cyber Security standards.
- You will prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports demonstrating the status of third-party security risk profiles, issues, and trends.
- You’ll provide ongoing identification and implementation of improvements to the third-party assurance process and tooling to address operational changes, reflect the changing threat environment and best practice assurance approaches.
