Main duties:

- Complete product inspections (dimensions) using measuring equipment’s and record results in production sheets.
- Complete standard daily product testing.
- Complete housekeeping check daily.
- Complete line clearance, product visual inspections, and final pallet sign-off.
- Perform component (caps, masterbatch, Anti-glug, etc.) quality inspections prior to use and reject non-conforming goods.
- Ensure to supply correct components to designated machines and are returned when not in use.
- Provide training to new process work staff; train new procedures and SOPs to current staff; and report result to management.
- Ensure production record sheet 2 is complete accurately by process workers.
- Ensure (SOP and Product Specification and forms) are always display on machines.
- Cover staff breaks when required.
- Ensure production floor is clean and free from hazards.
- Ensure all relevant production and quality concerns are documented and reported to QCS.
- Ensure all non-conforming products are controlled by putting them on hold and explaining reasons why.
- Reporting all quality concerns to QCS.
- Ensure all leak tester checks are completed hourly.

Requirement:

- Process worker experience
- Good communication skill both conversational and written.
- Reliable - attendance

**Salary**:
1st 3 month as casual worker earning Day: 30. Night: 39. Afternoon: 34.5

Then Full training of QC (2-4 weeks) will be provided. Salary will be adjusted to QC salary once you finish the training and doing the qc role (base rate 27 per hour FULL TIME without loading, afternoon is 15% loading and night shift is 30% loading).

We need 1 for Day shift, 1 for afternoon shift and 1 for night shift.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $31.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
