We have a new opportunity for a Quality Control Supervisor to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. This role is based at our Wetherill Park Distribution Centre, working hours are 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Friday.

**About the role**:

- Inspect all delivery items to ensure they meet quality standards
- Ensure all checks are registered for items that require further attention to meet quality standards
- Carry out product restorations if required
- Ensure any issues are recorded for analysis and reported to Management
- Assist in the preparation of customer items before delivery, including basic furniture assembly and testing of functions
- Report and update product information in the database as required
- Provide regular support and training to service technicians

**About you**:

- You must have previous experience in furniture polishing and have a sound understanding of furniture upholstery
- Ability to guide and train a team of service technicians
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Above all, you will need to have a can-do attitude and be willing to learn
