**About the role**

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our team to oversee our supply chain operation function to meet business requirements.

Key responsibilities in the role are but not limited to:

- Pricing, catalogue and category strategy integrity
- Tactical Sourcing for efficient outcomes
- Business Partner support both internally and externally
- Continuous improvement within the team - processes, systems, culture etc
- Governance, policy and compliance - both internally and externally
- Support and or lead streams of the Group Supply Chain’s process, systems and focus improvement projects as the need arises

**About you**
- Demonstrated ability to identify and build strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders including strong influencing and negotiation skills
- High level interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills
- Collaborative team member with ability to work with cross functional and cross organisational teams
- Analytical capability and ability to problem solve to get the best outcome for the business
- Strong attention to detail and focus on process design and execution
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite and TSEG systems, including Check SCM, Converga, Oracle ERP Purchasing modules
- Organisation skills including ability to work under pressure to meet tight timeframes, set priorities and handle agreed timelines across numerous projects at same time
