Capgemini's Financial Services Insurance Practice drives transformation for its Property and Casualty, Life Insurance, Wealth and Capital market leveraging its deep domain and technology expertise such as core implementation, scaling to cloud and data and compliance. FS Insurance works collaboratively with its customers to shape up their future, delivering best in class solutions, and driving continuous innovation.
Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:
- Participating in requirement and design discussions with clients solution architects and business analysts
- Collaborating with multiple vendors to deliver integrations and dependent functionalities
- Translating business requirements and user stories into technical requirements and taking the lead on directing and implementing solutions to the same with product owners and onshore and offshore teams
- Planning and coordinating Agile iterations to ensure smooth on-time delivery
- P&C Insurance domain and technical experience
- 8-10 years
- Guidewire cloud implementation experience
- Experience working in an Agile methodology able to perform all agile ceremonies
- Working with client managing the tickets resolution estimation and planning of project and BAU work
- Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to describe technology concepts in ways that business stakeholders can understand

- Well-versed in Guidewire integration and/or configuration
- Experienced SAFe practitioner (certified is preferred)
- Experience on any DBMS like Oracle SQL Server or Aurora and well versed in SQL
- Experience working on at least one out of AWS/Azure/GCP
- Experience working with XML JSON RESTful web services
