**Job Description**:
We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team based out of our Perth Support Centre in Balcatta.

Reporting to the IFMS Accounts Payable Supervisor and working closely with our finance, purchasing and area managers, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic individual to join Sodexo. One of your main objectives in this role will be to perform accounting and clerical tasks in relation to efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Ensure that high volume invoices up to 2,000 to 3,000 per month have been reviewed to have proper approval
- Process Invoices accurately for payment before due date and in the correct period
- Communicate and liaise with suppliers and other departments within Sodexo if necessary to ensure all outstanding issues or disputes are resolved in a timely manner
- Other reasonable duties as requested by Accounts Payable Supervisor and/or Management Team

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful, you’ll need**:
**Experience**:

- Experience in processing high volume transactions
- Preferably with 2-3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable
- Knowledge of IFS would be an advantage

**Skills/Expertise**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is critical
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Good computer literacy this including MS Excel
- Effective team player with ability to also work autonomously

**Education**:

- A Cert III in Business is preferable
