They are responsible for ensuring clients and support workers “Get More Out of Life.” The team has enhanced skills in understanding the needs of a people they support, and engage a team around the person approach, which can include multiple stakeholders to facilitate positive outcomes. The team is courageous, rights driven, and client focused.They are constantly working to achieve outcomes ensuring the right team of support workers, with the right skills, are matched to clients’ needs and preferences. The team oversees and drives a professional, supportive and client centred culture; through client experience and goal planning, working with the client and Support Worker teams to actively resolve issues and celebrate success.The Client Experience Manager is a key member of the Client Experience Team who leads and manages a high performing Support Worker team to deliver strategic objectives, whilst providing an excellent end-to-end client experience using bespoke client assessment, risk, support planning and goal tracking technology to offer a service to clients that demonstrate how Nextt Support Workers work with them to Get More Out of Life. The Client Experience Manager recognizes the intrinsic value of having a Support Worker team around the client and how to coach and support that team to understand the needs, wants and aspirations of clients.This is a permanent full-time position available to work in a hybrid working model based at our Geelong Offices but could be based in Melbourne or Ballarat.About You- You will be service focussed with strong people leadership and management skills
- Results driven, solutions focused and a critical thinker
- Client Service experience with a comprehensive understanding of what client success looks like and the ability to work collaboratively
- Disability Sector knowledge and experience with high physical needs, complex care, and critical care needs
- Strong people leader experience
