**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Are you ready to lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional care to our clients? Prestige Inhome Care is seeking a proactive and organised Client Services Manager to provide extraordinary care to our clients and support to our nurses and direct care workers in the community.

**As the Client Services Manager, you will**:

- Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our Client Service team to meet client needs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiencies.
- Coordinate efforts across local and remote team members to build consistent rosters for new clients and staff.
- Handle and support client/support worker feedback, fostering satisfaction.
- Maintain adherence to established business processes and drive productivity improvements.
- Lead recruitment, induction, and ongoing support/performance management for the team.
- Provide leadership and support to the Client Services Team, serving as a role model and offering assistance as required.
- Participate in on-call service provision on a rotational basis.

**ABOUT YOU**

- Strong leadership skills to support and develop team members.
- Excellent customer service skills to manage feedback to positive outcomes.
- Great relationship-building skills for maintaining high service standards and effective communication with stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset to work closely with the Client Services team.
- Effective prioritisation and adaptability to manage time efficiently.
- Rostering experience is advantageous.
- Strong process and organisational skills.
- Industry experience is preferred.
