Job description

Our company is a small family garden supplies store located in Ravenhall, Melbourne.

The primary purpose of this role is to be responsible for the day to day operations of the business both in store and online, ensuring it operates successfully by maximizing sales and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining the store and online platforms
- Resolving product issues on multiple sales platforms (eg, Ebay, online customers, in-shop customers)
- Liaise with warehouse re delivery status and priority of orders
- Preparing orders in the warehouse (Heavy lifting required)
- Helping customers to pick-up (Heavy lifting required)
- Helping drivers to load deliveries (Heavy lifting required)

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Previous sales experience.
- High level of written and oral communication skills
- Sound knowledge of products
- Attention to detail

- Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure

This is casual position available for immediate start. Work around 3 to 5 days a week. Can be a full time position in the short future.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Retail Associates & Cashiers: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
