We are looking for a talented National Road Linehaul Scheduler to join our team

In this role, you will be responsible for developing an optimised and efficient plan for delivering goods across the country, making the best use of our company resources and subcontractors. You will also ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and liaise with our branch operations personnel to ensure that loading activities are coordinated seamlessly.

As the National Road Linehaul Scheduler, you will take pride in providing high-quality services to our customers and addressing incidents with professionalism and efficiency.

As our National Road Linehaul Scheduler, you'll have the following key responsibilities:
- Develop an optimised national road Linehaul plan to meet customer requirements- Effective utilisation of company Linehaul equipment and Toll Group Panel sub-contractor capacity- Schedule collections and deliveries while meeting customer and legislative requirements- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, Toll Group and Intermodal Policies- Liaise with workshops and National Equipment Manager to ensure Intermodal line haul equipment is serviced as scheduled- Record incidents, investigate and implement corrective actions

To be successful in this role, you'll need the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven industry experience in line haul operations- Thorough understanding of the Dangerous Goods Act, Regulations and requirements- Knowledge of road Linehaul compliance requirements and road legislation- Experience in managing standard and Basic Fatigue Management operations- Good geographical knowledge of Australia and capital cities- Ability to consistently meet deadlines and work in partnership with other divisions
